Questions
How do I restore Remove Ads on a new device?
Open Settings from the home screen, then under Purchases tap Restore Purchases. Make sure the device is signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with. Remove Ads supports Family Sharing, so family members in your group can restore it too.
How do I revive a run?
When a run scores 100 points or more and you have 250 earned coins, Game Over offers Revive. It spends 250 coins and carries on your run from the last hoop after a 3-second countdown. You can revive once per run.
What changes with difficulty?
Easy uses the standard hoops. Medium makes hoops 12% smaller and adds a 25% coin bonus. Hard makes hoops 24% smaller and adds a 50% coin bonus. Changing difficulty restarts the current run.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no account, no login and nothing to sign up for. Your progress, coins and bars are saved on your device.
What does Game Center do, and is it required?
Game Center adds leaderboards and 15 achievements. It is optional: sign in from Settings › Game Center › Sign in to Game Center if you want them. If you don’t, the game plays exactly the same. Game Center is run by Apple and uses your Apple Account.
Does it work offline?
Yes. The whole game runs on your device, so you can play on a plane or on the Tube. Ads, Game Center and purchases need a connection; hopping does not.
Can I turn haptics, sound or music off?
Yes. Sound, music and haptics each have their own switch in Settings › Sound & feel, and the game remembers your choice.
The game stutters on my device
Open Settings › Graphics and pick Medium or Low. Lower settings trade some visual detail for smoothness, which helps on older iPhones and iPads. Closing other apps and letting a hot phone cool down helps too.
Where are the privacy and ad controls?
If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, Settings › Privacy › Privacy choices reopens the ad consent form so you can change your answer. On any iPhone or iPad, iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking controls whether the app may ask to track you. The full story is in the privacy policy.
How do I report a problem?
Email support@supersimpleapps.io and include:
- your device model and iOS version,
- the app version, shown at the bottom of Settings,
- what you did and what happened, with a screenshot or screen recording if you have one.
We read every message.
